Warranty, Exchange, and Return Policy:

To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be presented.
Returns or exchanges are not permitted unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item.
The item must be in its original purchase condition and packed in its original packaging.
Returns are allowed within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date.
Promotional offers linked to the returned item can be returned if they are in their original condition; otherwise, the value of the promotional offer will be deducted.
Purchases paid via gift vouchers, credit cards, or installment services cannot be refunded in cash.

Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened prior to delivery.
The return and exchange period is calculated from the delivery date, and the stamped purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be presented.
The warranty is provided by the agent.

Immediate Exchange for Manufacturing Defective Devices:

We provide an identical replacement for devices with manufacturing (non-software) defects within 3 days from the purchase date, provided that:

The device is free from any scratches or misuse.
The original box is presented along with all accessories and user manuals inside.
An inspection report from the authorized maintenance agent is required prior to the exchange process.
